I specialise in fondant iced wedding cakes with hand made sugar crafted flowers and Royal icing details.

It is my passion to design wedding cakes that fit the theme of your whole wedding, I can match the type and colour of your wedding flowers which make a lovely keepsake. Sugar flowers are an investment in your special day and will keep forever, unlike fresh flowers that are gone as soon as the cake is eaten!

I can add delicate Royal icing piped details or stencilling to your cake if you wish, copying the details on your wedding dress, decorations or invitations... the opportunities are limitless!
